Instant Refunds: If a user cancels a ticket through the "ApniBus" app, we strive to provide instant refunds. The refund amount will be credited back to the user's original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processing by Banks: The refund process is handled by the respective banks or payment gateways used by the user during the ticket booking process. Once we initiate the refund, it is subject to the processing time of the user's bank. We have no control over the exact timeline for the refund to reflect in the user's account as it depends on the bank's refund cycles.

Refund Eligibility: The refund policy is applicable only for cancellations made through the "ApniBus" app or by the customer support team. Refunds are not applicable for tickets that have been used or if the cancellation request is made after the scheduled departure time of the bus.

Refund Requests: To initiate a refund request, users must access the "ApniBus" app and follow the cancellation process within the specified time frame.

Refund Exceptions: In certain exceptional cases, such as bus service disruptions, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances, "ApniBus" reserves the right to modify the refund policy. In such cases, users will be duly notified about any changes or adjustments to the refund process.
